Good afternoon,

Help us build some quality pledges for GP practices and pharmacies in Kingston

A new project is launching in Kingston and Richmond and we’d like you to be part of it. Kingston & Richmond Clinical Commissioning Groups have launched a project to  develop quality pledges for GP practices and pharmacies across the two boroughs. We’re asking people to tell us what matters most to them when they need to visit a pharmacy or see their GP.  At the same time we’re also developing  a set of responsibilities for patients, carers and local people that will enable pharmacists and GPs to continue to provide a good service for all future patients.

To make sure we get the right quality pledges we want to talk to as many people as possible.  Between now and the New Year we will be going out into the community having conversations with patients, carers and local people and also clinicians and staff delivering these services.

There are a number of ways you can take part:

  • Fill out the comment cards in your GP practice or pharmacy or other locations across the borough
  • Complete the short online survey
  • Follow us on Twitter @Kingstonccg to find out what local events we’ll be attending.

As pressure increases on local health services it’s important that people know what they can expect from their GP or pharmacist as well as understanding what local GP practices and pharmacies ask of them.

Many thanks and kind regards.
